Directions For Use
After washing with Knotorious Detangling Shampoo, apply a generous amount of conditioner to hair, starting from the tips and working your way up to the roots. Let it sit for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cool water to seal in moisture.

I have loved all of shampootime products. It’s made wash time loads better for my toddler daughter. We used to fight every time and go through a fit and tantrum but using the mat things are great! I purchase the bag so that everything could fit and make it easy to carry and store; however the bag after having it for about 10 months ripped along the seam. I loved it but will need to order another one or find a more sturdier bag to store the mat.
I wash my granddaughters hair & she dreads wash-day. The whole concept of a tablet holder & the comfort of the mat (instead of towels for her to lay on) was a game changer! A little more money than I wanted to spend but at the end of the day it is totally worth every penny. I recommend this to anyone who washes kids hair in the sink!
We can finally wash hair without the fuss! It’s been a struggle between my toddler and my back. Hair wash day was dreaded between the both of us. It’s like wrestling with a baby alligator in the tub. Now, I can wash hair in peace and even take my time detangling and deep conditioning. No more fussing, barrel rolling, no water getting in ears and eyes, and my toddler and my back are happy. This is a surprise birthday gift for my great grand daughter (and her mother) at the end of the month. She has not received her gift yet. I have been receiving your emails for about a year and a half and finally have a special ocasion to gift them a very unique but necessary gift. Back in the day, I used two flattened king sized bed pillows that I saved just for hair washing day to make the kitchen sink more comfortable. You just upgraded my technique 😊! The ShampooTime Deluxe Neptune mat & accessories arrived within 4 days of placing my order. They will love the extra neck pillow & tablet holder, detangling comb & ShampooTime Denman hairbrush. The plastic tote will keep all hair necessities in one place which includes the cape to her keep her from getting soaked. I received the remaining hair brushes & and detangling combs today & I’m waiting on the Detangling conditioner. I love all Denman hair brushes. I’ve used Denman hair brushes for decades. Great that you have them in lineup of your products. Excellent price for the brushes. Very sturdy but gentle on hair. I’m sure both mother ( my adult granddaughter) and my great granddaughter will absolutely love the SHAMPOOTIME Birthday Gift with all of its accessories. I didn’t want to have wait until Christmas to gift her!
He can watch educational videos while I wash his hair. He doesn’t have to hold the tablet anymore.

I've only used it once so far but it has dramatically changed the convenience of wash day. Prior to this I was straining my back leaning over the sink while my daughter laid on the hard kitchen countertop trying to keep still while washing her hair. The comfort of the mat and the convenience of the entertainment bar have made the experience so much easier not just for me but also for my daughter. The only thing I did not love is that to ship to Canada I had to pay an extra 100$ in duty fees. It is highly possible that I could have found a cheaper/more geographically accessible option on Amazon or Temu or one of those places but I wanted to support a black female owned business so I think in the end it's worth it.

Beads take forever for me. I put in the beads on the stick one at a time per braid. But i was able to prepare the design i wanted with the bead box and the beads 3 days ahead of time... and as soon as i was done braiding, the beads was up next... the beads went from the longest part to the fastest part. Her whole head was done in under 30 minutes instead of an hour thanks to the beadbox
I ordered two different boxes of beads and just a few days later I was contacted and they let me know they were unfortunately out of a color I ordered. She then offered a refund or for me to choose another color. I responded to her and within 20 minutes I got a response saying my order was at the post office! Amazing customer service! The beads are also amazing and they are so easy to use!

These bead wands have changed the game! I have two heads full of hair that I work hard to keep up with fresh styles. We are now in a bead phase. I can’t imagine how I would add beads without these wands.
I received the microfiber cape with my shampoo mat. It has been very helpful and useful while washing to keep clothes dry during the wash and catch drips from hair upon standing. My only complaint is the little snaps have tiny prongs that poke through the fabric and poke me when I try to open them sometimes.

Shampoo time mat, tablet holder and bead boxes have made my 4 year old excited for wash day. We’ve tried other over the sink methods but this is the most comfortable for kids and their necks while distracting them with their electronics. Worth every penny!
I have used the shampoo mat deluxe 3 times now to wash my daughter’s hair (age 5). It has made things so much easier. She enjoys watching and relaxing while I work on washing her still head of hair. Washing with the mat has made things go much faster. I also love that the flexibility it provides. I can wash her hair without having to wash her whole body. Plus, it really makes it easy to do a deep condition and take a break from washing to use a heat cap for 20-30 minutes while we do something else and then come back to the mat to rinse and apply leave-in. So far, I am impressed and we are really enjoying having this tool as we wash hair more often this summer while swimming frequently.

Love that the design was all done but the broader said it wasn’t as easy as it looked- she believed her way would’ve been faster as some beads stuck in the box and didn’t pull out as easily.
