What is the age limit for shampoo mats?
There is no age limit to use the shampoo mat. If your child is still getting their hair shampooed on the counter at age 10+, the shampoo mat is for them.
What is the minimum age use for shampoo mats?
If your child is 6m+ and is comfortable laying on his/her bath, our shampoo mat is for them. The recommended age use is 18m+.
Which shampoo mat should I order?
We recommend the shampoo mat deluxe for our younger babies 18m+ and the shampoo mat mini for our older children 4yo+.
The deluxe mat can continue being used as the child gets older.
The mini mat can be used for 18m+
What is the difference between a shampoo mat mini and a shampoo mat deluxe?
The shampoo mat deluxe folds and can be used as a booster seat for your child to sit on during the extended hair grooming process (i.e sitting under the blow dryer or while getting their hair braided)
The shampoo mat mini is half the size of the shampoo mat deluxe but creates the same stress-free wash day.
What are the shampoo mat dimensions?
The shampoo mat mini is 15 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 3 inches in height.
The shampoo mat deluxe is 15 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 6 inches in height (folded) and 30 inches in length, 16 inches in width, and 3 inches in height (unfolded)
How can I change my order?
Changes to the order are allowed at the discretion of ShampooTime. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.
Can I modify the address once my order has been placed? Yes. This type of adjustment is possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your shipping address changes between the time you place your order and the day your order ships, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify ShampooTime of this change. How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies and is dependent on turnaround time listed at the time of purchase. Shipping is turnaround time + 3-5 days in transit.
What happens when my item is returned to sender?
If your item is returned to sender it’s usually because the address was invalid or missing information such as your unit, suite, or apt number. If this happens, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping cost to reship. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and give the correct address, then buyer will be invoiced via email to reship the order.
What do I do if my tracking status says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package? We will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies. We will thoroughly investigate and check, to be sure that your package went out routinely. In the event that we find no discrepancies, we then would suggest that you contact the carrier USPS (United States Postal Service). Give them your tracking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though USPS states proof of delivery. You will then file a claim with the carrier because once it ships it’s in the hands of USPS.
Can I return my order for a refund?
Refunds are allowed within (7) days of delivery. Buyer should request refund via email with order number and reason for return. Orders will be refunded the full amount (less shipping cost) once we have received your product in the condition it was sent. Refunds take 3-5 days to process.
How can I get in contact with someone if I cannot find an answer to my question on the frequently asked question page?
To contact a customer service representative, send an email at any time to email@example.com and we will try to get back to you within 24-36 hours, if not sooner. If applies, please have your order number included in the email.
How do I proceed for any questions, compliments or complaints about my order? We prefer to take all questions, compliments, or complaints via email (firstname.lastname@example.org). It will allow you to give full detail about your concerns and allow us to have something to reference when addressing your concerns. Please include your order number.
What do I do if I receive an item that’s damaged?
Please send an email to email@example.com. You will then be given a return label to send it back for a replacement. If the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will email you, and ask if you’d like a refund.
