• ShampooTime products are covered by a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
• If you experience an issue due to a defect in materials or workmanship within 30 days of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

7-Day Return Policy

• We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
• Return Requirements:
• The item must be in brand-new condition.
• Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• All original components (e.g., accessories, manuals) must be returned.
• How to Initiate a Return:
• Contact our support team at suppor@loveshampootime.com within 7 days of receiving your product.
• Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
• Refunds:
