***ShampooTime is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please select the Route protection insurance during checkout to protect your order in the event your package is lost, damaged, or stolen. All claims need to be made directly to Route. If you opt out of protection, ShampooTime will not be able to help you with lost packages***
Shipping time varies and is dependent on turnaround time listed at the time of purchase. Shipping is turnaround time + 3-5 days in transit.
You will receive a shipping notification via email with a tracking number once your order is processed.
Due to COVID-19 shipping is taking longer than usual and could be delayed. Thank you for your patience.
**IMPORTANT** If your item is returned to sender it’s usually because the address was invalid or missing information such as your unit, suite, or apt number. If this happens, the buyer is responsible for covering shipping cost to reship. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and give the correct address, then buyer will be invoiced via email to reship the order.
If your shipping address changes between the time you place your order and the day your order ships, it is the buyer’s responsibility to notify ShampooTime of this change. Changes to shipping address can be emailed to email@example.com. Subject Title: Change Shipping Address Order No. XXXX
Refunds are allowed within (7) days of delivery. Buyer should request refund via email with order number and reason for return. Orders will be refunded the full amount (less shipping cost) once we have received your product in the condition it was sent. Refunds take 3-5 days to process.
