Subscription Policy

The ShampooTime Insider Club is a recurring membership designed to provide education, resources, community support, hairstyle inspiration, and other benefits for caring for textured hair.
Membership & Automatic Renewal
By joining the ShampooTime Insider Club, you are enrolling in a recurring subscription. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing period using the payment method on file unless you cancel before your next renewal date.
Your subscription price and billing frequency will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Founding Member Pricing
If you join under a Founding Member promotional rate that is advertised as being locked in, you will continue to receive that rate for as long as your membership remains continuously active and in good standing.
If you cancel your membership and later rejoin, your previous promotional or Founding Member rate is not guaranteed. You may be required to subscribe at the membership price available at the time you rejoin.
Free Trials & Promotional Offers
From time to time, ShampooTime may offer free trials, introductory pricing, discounts, or other promotional membership offers.
The specific terms of the promotion—including the promotional period, price, and what happens when the promotional period ends—will be disclosed when you sign up.
If a promotion automatically converts to a paid membership, your payment method will be charged the disclosed membership rate at the end of the promotional period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Insider Club membership at any time.
Once canceled, you will not be charged for another billing period. You will continue to have access to the Insider Club through the end of the period you have already paid for, unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotional offer.
Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous membership charges.
Refunds
Because the Insider Club provides immediate access to digital content, education, resources, and community features, membership payments are generally non-refundable once charged.
If you believe you were charged because of a billing error or after properly canceling your membership, please contact ShampooTime so we can review the charge.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights provided by applicable law.
Membership Benefits & Content
Membership benefits may include educational lessons, community discussions, hairstyle inspiration, live or recorded programming, expert guidance, special offers, discounts, challenges, and other resources.
Specific content and benefits may be added, changed, replaced, or discontinued as the Insider Club evolves. Membership does not guarantee that any particular lesson, event, expert, product, discount, or resource will remain available indefinitely.
Discover My Hair
Discover My Hair and other separately priced products, assessments, services, or experiences are not included in the Insider Club membership unless specifically stated otherwise.
Purchasing an Insider Club membership does not automatically provide access to separately priced offerings.
Price Changes
ShampooTime may change the standard price of the Insider Club in the future.
If a price change affects your existing subscription, we will provide notice before the new price is charged and explain when the change will take effect.
Members with an applicable locked-in Founding Member rate will continue to receive that rate while their qualifying membership remains continuously active, subject to the terms of the applicable offer.
Community Standards
Insider Club members are expected to interact respectfully and follow the Insider Club Community Guidelines.
ShampooTime reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access for serious or repeated violations of our Community Guidelines, misuse of the platform, harassment, unlawful activity, or conduct that threatens the safety or experience of other members.

Information provided through the ShampooTime Insider Club is intended for educational and informational purposes. Hair and scalp needs vary from person to person, and results may vary.
Insider Club content is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition and should not replace advice from an appropriate licensed healthcare professional.
