I've only used it once so far but it has dramatically changed the convenience of wash day. Prior to this I was straining my back leaning over the sink while my daughter laid on the hard kitchen countertop trying to keep still while washing her hair. The comfort of the mat and the convenience of the entertainment bar have made the experience so much easier not just for me but also for my daughter. The only thing I did not love is that to ship to Canada I had to pay an extra 100$ in duty fees. It is highly possible that I could have found a cheaper/more geographically accessible option on Amazon or Temu or one of those places but I wanted to support a black female owned business so I think in the end it's worth it.

Beads take forever for me. I put in the beads on the stick one at a time per braid. But i was able to prepare the design i wanted with the bead box and the beads 3 days ahead of time... and as soon as i was done braiding, the beads was up next... the beads went from the longest part to the fastest part. Her whole head was done in under 30 minutes instead of an hour thanks to the beadbox
I ordered two different boxes of beads and just a few days later I was contacted and they let me know they were unfortunately out of a color I ordered. She then offered a refund or for me to choose another color. I responded to her and within 20 minutes I got a response saying my order was at the post office! Amazing customer service! The beads are also amazing and they are so easy to use!

My little girl is 17 months with a head full of hair. Wash days used to break my heart with the way she'd cry and scream. She became terrified of getting her hair washed. I bought this for my little granddaughter who is 2 1/2. She hates having her hair washed.. she wasn’t sure at first, but she loves watching the wiggles and Danny go while her mama washes her hair. It also helps that Nana is cheering her on every step of the way lol!
These bead wands have changed the game! I have two heads full of hair that I work hard to keep up with fresh styles. We are now in a bead phase. I can’t imagine how I would add beads without these wands.
I received the microfiber cape with my shampoo mat. It has been very helpful and useful while washing to keep clothes dry during the wash and catch drips from hair upon standing. My only complaint is the little snaps have tiny prongs that poke through the fabric and poke me when I try to open them sometimes.

Shampoo time mat, tablet holder and bead boxes have made my 4 year old excited for wash day. We’ve tried other over the sink methods but this is the most comfortable for kids and their necks while distracting them with their electronics. Worth every penny!
I have used the shampoo mat deluxe 3 times now to wash my daughter’s hair (age 5). It has made things so much easier. She enjoys watching and relaxing while I work on washing her still head of hair. Washing with the mat has made things go much faster. I also love that the flexibility it provides. I can wash her hair without having to wash her whole body. Plus, it really makes it easy to do a deep condition and take a break from washing to use a heat cap for 20-30 minutes while we do something else and then come back to the mat to rinse and apply leave-in. So far, I am impressed and we are really enjoying having this tool as we wash hair more often this summer while swimming frequently.

Love that the design was all done but the broader said it wasn’t as easy as it looked- she believed her way would’ve been faster as some beads stuck in the box and didn’t pull out as easily.

I purchase this for my daughter while I am visiting, I washed her daughter's hair and she was uncomfortable and the towel I had under her neck got really wet.

Wash day is usually exhausting. We used the neck pillow for the first time & my god baby actually fell asleep during her wash. I'm very excited to try out the other items. We have the beadbox also that we'll be installing this weekend.
